Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rescue Swimmer Shop LLC. We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at Info@rescueswimmershop.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Pre-order items

• Limited editions or made-to-order pieces

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Exchanges

To exchange an item, start a return for the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

 

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order pieces are created in limited quantities and made to order. For that reason, we cannot offer exchanges, returns, or size swaps on any pre-order items. All pre-order sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos of:

1. The item

2. Packaging

3. The shipping label

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/credit card provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
