In 2006 Chris Razoyk created a photograph of a Helicopter Rescue Swimmer silhouetted against an American Flag. Over the past 15 years the image has become well known in the aviation rescue community. In 2021 Chris started the Rescue Swimmer Shop, an online store featuring the silhouette. Chris is an active duty member of the U.S. Coast Guard serving as a Helicopter Rescue Swimmer with over 23 years of service.
He attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale for photography and had a business where he created portraits of professional athletes for the NBA magazine SLAM as well as the UFC.
